The special assembly on 18th July by Grade 3 highlighted Nelson Mandela day and Moon day. Children beautifully narrated the phases and significance of moon. In honor of the revolutionary, Nelson Mandela, his life history and achievements were remembered.
It was an apt day to declare the result of the council election conducted in school. The team of leaders stood head high to lead a small group which without doubt is a big leap.
Ms.Shalini Nair, Principal quoting life instances of Mandela, motivated the students to be leaders like him and wished them powerful future.
On this day, 'Dare to Dance' morning dance session was introduced for the kids to rock and roll. Children danced following the steps of Ms. Anusree. They thoroughly enjoyed their fun workout and danced their stress away.
It energized the mind and body with peppy moves.
