An Intelligent Approach to Teach -
The professional development session by Mr.Sunny Nagpal at KGA was an avenue to train our team to be competent.
The MI approach to teaching and the strategies were offered to teachers as a tool for increasing motivation and behaviour in students. It was lovely to watch teachers learn how to better themselves through various activities.
The techniques of being ‘people smart' and the knack for understanding others were smartly explained.
The Principal, Ms.Shalini Nair, came up with new teaching methodologies in alignment with MI. She also highlighted and appreciated the inbuild talents of teachers manifested during the activities.
Our Managing Trustee, Mr.Tushar Kikani, had a brainstorming session with the teachers and Mr.Sunny Nagpal and shared the objective of conducting such sessions in the school.
