Knowledge of health is the wealth of our nation.
As part of ‘The International Adolescent Health Week’ program, KGA organized an interactive session on 09 March 2022 on 'Common Health Problems faced by students' for the students of Grade 6 to 8 with Dr.Suman CPS, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, VGM Hospital & Lalitha Hospital, Coimbatore.
He shared the pearls of wisdom on some substantial problems that the youth of this generation face. The tips and tricks for healthy life rejuvenated the children. He quoted that in the thrill of the invigorating youth, students tend to neglect their health and suffer later.
He highlighted good practices that can keep the diseases away and make one’s life worthwhile. The members of staff were also benefitted by the session.
Ms.Shalini Nair, Principal, welcomed the guest speaker and greeted him with the green token of love. She insisted on initiating the health seeking behaviour in childhood.
Ms.Asha Mary, Vice Principal, thanked Dr Suman for creating a potential impact in the children and presented a momento.
The seed of good health is sown.
