An online session by Steam Academy on 'Ivory' was conducted under the guidance of Dr. A P Jayaraman, for the students of Grades IV and V on 31 January 2023.
Mr. Abishek Arekar elucidated the importance, origin, and usage of ivory, the hard, white material from the tusks and teeth of elephants, hippopotami, walruses, etc in detail.
It was an interesting and knowledge-gaining session for kids.
